We have released Phase I for sale, which includes the first 24 units at Turnberry Woods.

We have had a tremendous reception with our Phase I release. More than 50% of the homes were sold the first day. We would like to congratulate our Buyers on being a part of this wonderful community.

Our Sales team will be contacting Buyer's or Buyer's agents over the next few weeks to provide due diligence binders and organize pre-construction meetings.

Construction has started on the roads and infrastructure. Our model units will commence construction in the next couple of weeks. If you visit the site please be careful as construction sites can be dangerous. If you want to visit the community I encourage you to arrange a time with us, so that we coordinate a time when there is less construction activity.
